Inspired by the Stamp on Homers hand in the Stark Raving Dad epsiode of The Simpsons. The episode is the one where Homer gets sent to a mental Institution for wearing a pink shirt to work (Stark Raving Dad) and comes back with Michael Jackson/Leon Kompowsky

Man: We have a very simple method. (stamps Homer) Whoever has that stamp on his hand is insane.

I always presumed it was an impersonator doing Michael Jacksons voice. Looking it up for this it turns out I was wrong..  despite it being credited as John Jay Smith it was actually Michael Jackson, with an impersonator Kipp Lennon doing the singing parts due to contractual obligations Jackson had with his record company. So Its Kipp Lennon singing Happy Birthday Lisa!
